This Return and Refund Policy applies to ticket purchases made through the Team Physician Development Course Barbados website.
1. All Sales Are Final
All registrations and ticket purchases for the Team Physician Development Course Barbados are considered final. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your transaction.
2. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the organizers, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation notice.
3. Event Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing within 14 days of the new date announcement.
4. Attendee Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons, you may request a refund. Refund requests for personal cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Administrative fees may apply.
5. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable to another individual. To request a ticket transfer, please email us at least 7 days before the event start date with the new attendee’s full name and contact details.
