Sport is now considered a changing science and is reliant more on improving one’s education and holistic approach to the game. The urge to excel and accomplish one’s goal hinges on effective nutrition, self care, hard training and dedicated practice, not to mention a strong support network. The absence of these can be a catalyst to resort to engaging with performance enhancing drugs. Dr. Johnson spends a great portion of her time dedicated to teaching athletes and sport personnel about accomplishing their goals through hard work and fair play.
